Most of my "Limited Edition" Amulet bags will be produced in a series of six, and then the pattern will be retired. For some, only one will be made. Each bag has 24K gold beads on the reverse to determine its production number. (1 ~ 6) There will also be a "Certificate of Authenticity" issued with each bag.  Themes for my "Limited Edition" Amulet Bags are usually spiritual in nature.

"MIRACLE"
(My first Limited Edition Amulet Bag)

A Native American legend tells of a summer...long, long ago...when a lovely young holy woman dressed in white appeared to two Lakota Sioux as they hunted for their starving tribe.  She told them to go tell their people that she was coming...she brought them a gift of a sacred pipe and taught them how to use it to pray.

Before the holy woman left, she told the Lakota Sioux that someday she would return.  As she walked away, they watched as she dropped to the ground, rolled over four times, and transformed into a female, white buffalo calf.

From that day on, the Lakota Sioux honored the pipe and used it to pray as the holy woman had taught them.  Game was plentiful.....

On August 20, 1994, a female, white buffalo calf was born in Wisconsin.  Some believe her birth was a realization of the legend.
The calf was named "Miracle".

My "Miracle" was created to commemorate that birth and to celebrate heartfelt beliefs we all hold deep within us.

"Miracle" is made with delica beads, turquoise nuggets, sterling silver feathers and beads, Mother of Pearl chips, and black glass hearts.
